Autism Champions will gain practical strategies to encourage shared focus, engagement, and purposeful communication. |

Autism Champions will learn strategies to support these skills while promoting meaningful pupil voice and participation in decision-making. | |||

| Afternoon | Emotional Regulation and Zones of Regulation | An introduction to emotional regulation and the Zones of Regulation framework. Autism Champions will learn how to help pupils recognise, understand, and manage their emotions, using consistent language and practical strategies to support self-regulation and wellbeing. | |||

Delegates will gain practical strategies to prepare pupils effectively, reduce anxiety, and build confidence through structured support, communication and collaboration with families and schools |
| Afternoon | Makaton Taster Session | A practical introduction to Makaton, exploring how signs and symbols can support communication and inclusion. Autism Champions will learn core signs and gain confidence in using Makaton to support understanding, expression, and engagement. |
