Including Pupils with Physical Difficulties in Primary Mainstream Schools

Participants will:

• Recognise barriers across the school day and consider practical ways to reduce or remove them.
• Understand the importance of planning ahead, reasonable adjustments and inclusive practice.
• Identify how staff, families and professionals can work together to support pupils effectively.
• Feel more confident in creating safe, accessible and inclusive learning environments for pupils with physical difficulties.

This will be an interactive session, and participants may be invited to engage through the chat function, microphone and/or video, or other interactive tools such as Mentimeter. Participants may also be asked to complete a short pre-training questionnaire, so please allow time to complete this before the session.
