Description
We provide support to families of children and young people aged 0-19, with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND). We work in partnership with health colleagues and other agencies such as local schools and nurseries.
We provide the following services at our Children’s Centre: one to one and group support to parents and carers, positive parenting groups, key working, sleep counselling, carers café, stay and play, short breaks creche, holiday play schemes and disabled children and siblings support group.
