SEND Socials Birmingham provides social opportunities for children with SEND and their families. We have a range of projects as follows:
MOOS – More Opportunities Out of School — Weekly social opportunities for children not accessing full‑time school, offering gentle, low‑pressure activities and peer connection.
EPIC – Eleven Plus Inclusive Club — Monthly inclusive social activities for young people aged 11–18, giving access to mainstream‑style experiences in an adapted, predictable way.
Youth Club — Fortnightly social group for ages 11–18, focused on routine, belonging, and trying new activities in a safe, supportive environment.
Parent Wellbeing — Monthly sessions offering rest, connection, and supportive activities for SEND parent carers.
Dad’s Group — Monthly meet‑ups for dads, centred on fun, connection, and shared experience (axe throwing, darts, meals out, etc.).
Parent Workshops — Practical, community‑shaped workshops supporting parent carers with real‑life SEND challenges.
Holiday Provision — Full inclusive activity programmes every school holiday, offering joyful, accessible experiences for SEND families.
Online Support Community — A private Facebook group providing peer support, shared experiences, signposting, and a genuinely kind SEND community.
