Take part in user research with the Children and Young People’s Travel Service

We want to hear from Birmingham parents and carers about your experiences of using our websites and communicating with us about home to school transport. Your feedback will help us improve our online services to better meet your needs.

If you take part in a one-on-one research session you will receive a £20 gift voucher as a thank you.

The Children and Young People’s Travel Service provides transport to over 5000 pupils via 1100 travel routes across the city. Many of our children and young people are vulnerable with special educational needs or disabilities, and unable to make their way to school either independently or accompanied by an adult.

Birmingham City Council provides travel assistance to pupils that meet the eligibility requirements for transport, aged 5-16, post 16 and post 19, ensuring our pupils are safely transported to and from school. We offer Independent Travel Training programmes to help our pupils achieve independence as they move to becoming young adults.
