Anjali Dance Company is a professional dance company led by learning disabled artists, creating high-quality performances, training opportunities, and creative projects. The company supports learning disabled and neurodivergent people to develop their skills, express themselves through dance, and build confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Anjali offers dance classes for people aged 14+ with learning disabilities and/or who are neurodivergent. Participants can learn dance techniques, explore creative movement and choreography, develop performance skills, improve fitness, and meet new people. Sessions are designed to support individuals to learn at their own pace while building friendships and being part of a welcoming community.
