ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Each session is different, so when booking, please read all the information available on the Eventbrite page. Ahead or each session, we will send you a reminder alongside any extra important details.
Here are a few FAQs that you may want to note.
Once a session has sold out, it will stay live for you to join the waiting list. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified and have the opportunity to book onto that session.
If you have secured a place but are no longer able to attend the session, we kindly ask that you cancel so that the place can go to someone else.
The amount of parking depends heavily on the venue. We provide details on parking for each individual session, so do check the Eventbrite page to find out more. We encourage attendees to either car share or use public transport.
If you require accessible parking, please email SENDcoproduction@birmingham.gov.uk
You are able to arrive 30 minutes before each session starts. Most sessions start at 10:00, but do check the Eventbrite page to make sure.
We would ask attendees to bring their own lunch as none is provided by either the venue or trainers. There will however be tea, coffee and biscuits available.
Unfortunately, we do not have childcare arrangements in place for these sessions.
